1:1 Hypnotherapy & Coaching
Come Back to Yourself
You can be the one who keeps everything going and still know that something underneath it all doesn’t feel right.
Maybe you’re anxious or overwhelmed. Maybe you’ve become so used to putting everyone else first that you’re not even sure what you need anymore.
Maybe you understand your patterns really bloody well — but knowing why you do something hasn’t actually helped you stop doing it.
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what’s wrong or which kind of support you need.
That’s what we’ll work out together.
Who This Is For
This Might Be for You If…
- Your mind rarely seems to switch off
- You feel anxious, overwhelmed or constantly on edge
- You put everyone else’s needs before your own
- You say yes when you really want to say no
- You struggle with boundaries or feel guilty when you set them
- Your confidence or self-worth has taken a knock
- You don’t feel quite like yourself anymore
- You understand your patterns but keep finding yourself repeating them
- You’re navigating grief, loss or a difficult period of change
- You’re living with chronic pain and want support with the emotional and nervous-system side of your experience
- You know something needs to change, even if you can’t quite explain what that change is yet
You don’t need to tick every box.
And you don’t need to wait until things are unbearable before asking for support.
How I Work
There’s No One-Size-Fits-All Session
You’re a person, not a protocol.
So I don’t decide before you walk through the door that we’re doing six sessions of one technique regardless of what you actually need.
We’ll start with what’s happening for you now, what you’d like to feel different, and what might be keeping you stuck.
From there, I draw from hypnotherapy, coaching, EFT, breathwork, meditation, journalling, mindset tools, CBT/NLP-informed approaches and parts/inner-child work.
Sometimes we might spend more time talking and understanding what’s happening.
Sometimes we’ll use practical tools you can take into everyday life.
Sometimes hypnotherapy will allow us to work more deeply with patterns, beliefs, emotions or responses that don’t seem to shift through conscious thinking alone.
Most often, it’s a combination.
The point isn’t to squeeze you into a particular method. It’s to find what helps you.
What to Expect
What Actually Happens in a Session?
If you’ve never had hypnotherapy before, it’s completely normal to wonder what you’re actually signing yourself up for.
A session doesn’t begin with you walking through the door and me immediately asking you to close your eyes.
We talk first.
We’ll look at what’s been happening, how things have felt since we last spoke, what you’ve noticed and what feels important that day.
From there, we’ll decide together what would be most useful to work on.
If we use hypnotherapy, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed and focused state. You’re not unconscious, asleep or out of control. You can still hear me, think, speak and stop at any point.
You won’t be made to reveal anything you don’t want to share, and there’s no swinging watch involved.
It’s simply another way of working with the parts of our thoughts, emotions and patterns that aren’t always reached by consciously telling ourselves to ‘just stop worrying’ or ‘think positively’.
We’ll always work at a pace that feels right for you.
Where You Start
You Don’t Need to Know What You Need
You don’t need to book with me saying:
‘I need hypnotherapy for my people-pleasing and some EFT for my nervous system.’
You can just say:
‘I don’t feel like myself anymore.’
Or:
‘I’m exhausted and I don’t know why I keep doing this.’
Or even:
‘I don’t really know what’s wrong. I just know I don’t want to keep feeling like this.’
That’s enough.
We’ll start there.

You Just Start Where You Are
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you ask for support.
You don’t need the perfect words.
And you don’t need to become a different version of yourself.
Sometimes the shift starts with finally making some space for you.
