Women’s Bootcamp
A friendly, women-only Bootcamp where you can get stronger, improve your fitness and do something for yourself — without judgement, pressure or needing to be ‘fit enough’ before you walk through the door.
Everyone works at their own level.
You just start where you are.
“But I’m Not Fit Enough for Bootcamp…”
If you’ve thought about coming but you’re worried everyone else will be fitter than you, please don’t let that be the thing that stops you.
You don’t need to get fitter before you come.
You don’t need to keep up with anyone else.
You don’t need to lift the heaviest weights.
And you definitely don’t need to apologise for needing a rest.
Some women come already active. Some are returning to exercise after years away. Some are starting from scratch.
Everything can be adapted.
The only progress we’re interested in is yours.
What to Expect
What Are the Sessions Like?
Every week is a little different.
We use a mixture of strength work, bodyweight exercises, weights, kettlebells, functional fitness, Pilates-inspired core work and occasional kickboxing/cardio.
You never have to use weights if you don’t want to, and exercises can be adapted to suit different fitness levels.
The aim isn’t to absolutely destroy you for 45 minutes.
It’s to help you gradually get stronger, fitter and more confident in what your body can do — and hopefully have a laugh while you’re doing it.

Mums Welcome
No Childcare? Bring Them With You.
Finding time to exercise when you’ve got children isn’t always easy.
Babies and children are welcome to come along where appropriate, so childcare doesn’t have to be the reason you miss out on doing something for yourself.
Babies are welcome in a buggy, carrier or on a play mat.
Children remain under their parent’s supervision.
Young people aged 12+ may participate alongside their parent where appropriate and with parental consent.
Parents remain responsible for their child throughout the session.
For everyone’s safety, participation remains at the instructor’s discretion and all parents accept responsibility for their child’s supervision.

Meet Your Coach
Hey, I’m Emily
I’m a qualified and experienced movement instructor with a background in Pilates, strength training, personal training and kickboxing.
But you don’t need to impress me.
I don’t care whether you can do ten press-ups or whether getting through your first one feels like a bloody miracle.
My job is to help you start where you are, feel comfortable in the room and gradually discover what you’re capable of.
