Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis, a natural, focused state of attention, to help you make meaningful changes by working with your unconscious mind. In this state, your awareness turns inward, making it easier to access memories, emotions, and patterns that usually run in the background, and to replace them with healthier, more effective ways of thinking and behaving.

Despite what media representation suggests, hypnosis isn't about losing control. You won’t be asleep or unaware, in fact, you're still fully present and in charge the whole time. It's a safe and collaborative process that helps you access and change beliefs, habits, or emotional blocks that may be limiting you.

There’s no one-size-fits-all definition of hypnosis, even among professionals. What matters is how we use it to support your goals. If you're open to change and committed to the work, hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool for real, lasting transformation.

  • 60 minutes. In-person only - £80. (+Free 30 minute phone consultation prior).

3 - Session Package

A supportive series to help you feel calmer and more in control.

  • Free 30 minute phone consultation.

  • Three further sessions of 60 minutes.

  • In-person or Online.

  • Includes a bespoke audio recording to support you between sessions.
